Jumbled Moults

Film by Devon Pardue

Jumbled Moults is an experimental foray into the interconnected and metamorphic lives of insects and their semiotic world. A series of vignettes unravels the limited sensory experience of fleas, the relationship of celestial bodies in bee communication, and even the speciation story of corn rootworm beetles. The familiar and incomprehensible interpreted through an abstract palette of color and sound.
